ABOUT LUCY GOMEZ
BIOGRAPHY
Lucy Gomez is a production assistant and producer with international experience. She initiated her filmmaking career in Spain, where she established and operated a movie theatre while completing a BA in Social Work. This initiative helped her to develop key entrepreneurial and management skills while she found a way to merge her social commitment with her love for audiovisual storytelling.
In 2016, Lucy moved to London to pursue formal training. She took several courses and gained hands-on experience working on short films, commercials and proofs of concept. Following her training in London and later in New York City, Lucy produced a promotional video and a documentary for a charity to help raise funds for rare disease research. After several months working at a production studio in Toronto, Lucy has returned to London to pursue her goal of producing impactful and engaging films that inspire audiences.
She has recently founded her own production company in the UK, Good Intentions Pictures - the Company's goal is to reshape today's narratives by focusing on impactful projects that help to create a better world. Lucy's background in social studies gives her a unique perspective and sensitivity to storytelling and social issues — qualities she confidently brings to produce meaningful stories.
